Vacant 15 Years, Behind on Taxes, Messy Probate

This home, and the one next door were in a prime OKC location. They had sat vacant for 15 years each and need significant repairs. The owners had passed away and the ownership was unclear. An heir contacted us out the blue as the homes were poised to sell at the county tax sale.
