We Are Building Our Contractor List
We buy houses in western Wisconsin and Minnesota — usually houses that need work. When we take one on, we need local people who can do that work: laborers, tradespeople, and general contractors.
This page is how you get on the list we call. Tell us what you do, where you work, and what kind of jobs you want. When we have a project near you, you hear from us.
Who we are looking for
Everyone who works on houses — from a one-person handyman operation to a licensed general contractor running crews. Some examples:
- General contractors and remodelers
- Handymen and general labor
- Demo, cleanout, and junk hauling
- Roofing, siding, windows, and gutters
- Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Drywall, paint, flooring, and tile
- Kitchen and bath work
- Concrete, foundation, and excavation
- Septic and well
- Landscaping, tree work, and lawn care
- Cleaning crews and dumpster rental
If your trade is not on that list, fill out the form anyway. There is an “Other” box for a reason.

We call when we buy near you
When we take on a house in your area that needs your trade, the list is who we call first.
Straight talk: we cannot promise you work, and we will not pretend otherwise. We buy houses as the right ones come along, and some months are busier than others. What we can promise is this — there is no fee and nobody is selling you leads. We are the customer, and when the job is there, we call.
Know a house we should buy? That is worth $1,000.
Contractors see these houses before anyone else does — the empty one on the block where you are working, the fire job nobody touched, the owner who mentions they just want out. Tell us about it. If your referral turns into a house we buy, you get $1,000 when the deal closes. There is a spot for it right on the form below, and it is there every time — not just the day you sign up.
