Suprise House

The seller of this home was the mechanic for the previous owner who had never been able to pay their bills but continued to receive service. Once the owner passed away they had surprisingly left their home to the mechanic. He was in no way able to fix the home up or pay for the probate. We connected him with an attorney who agreed to be paid after he sold the house. The attorney filed the probate in a way that allowed the seller to sell the house in the middle of probate instead of waiting until the very end.
