Selling for Certainty in Moore

This seller had witnessed us purchase and remodel two other homes in his cul-de-sac while getting to know us. During the process his dreams of moving out of his “I raised my kids in this home” to his ’empty nester’ home were starting to seem attainable. He asked us questions on a few occasions and then ultimately, “could you buy my house?”. We helped this seller when purchasing his new home, making sure everything was just as he expected, purchased his home on the date that was convenient for him and gave him a month to empty his home and say his good-bye’s. It wasn’t clear until after the dust settled, but this seller really just need certainty, certainty his house was sold and the money was there, certainty the house he was moving to was going to have no issues. He was very methodical and I’m so happy we were able to help him make that transition.
