Rental Nightmare

This home was purchased by an investor and rented for only 2 years. Once they took back possession by eviction they were faced with a hazmat level clean out involving armies of roaches, pet fecies & urine. The interior of the home could be smelled from the front yard. The landlord had the contents removed but found the task of sanitizing the home and eliminating the smells overwhelming. We purchased the home and did just that. We flipped it from top to bottom and painstakingly eliminated all of the odors and bacteria, replacing a lot of material in the process.
