Lived out of state, Inherited home in Midwest City

This Seller inherited this home in Midwest City, but lived in Texas. He had come up to settle the estate after removing all of contents various family members wanted to keep. They didn’t want to bother with the rest and just wanted a certain outcome so they didn’t have to come back. We agreed on a price, they signed closing documents from Texas and couldn’t be happier.
