Large house needing a lot of love

This was a very large home, it was actually the home the seller had grown up in. His parents had left it to him years prior. It was really a beautiful home with great character. It was a lot for one person to keep up with though. Almost an acre of land, a pool that leaked, and almost 3,000 sq. ft in the house. This seller was getting behind on property taxes and felt it was time to let it go. They were worried about having to make repairs, including a 100 foot sewer line that needed to be replaced. We assured them that we would take care of it all.
