Inherited property, sold by attorney

This property was inherited, the attorney was selling the property for the estate. He had gotten an offer from someone else who failed to close when the time came. He contacted us with hopes we could help him finalize the estate. We looked at the home and checked the condition of some of the major items. We agreed on a price and closed quickly so the attorney and the heirs could move on.
