Inherited Home in Moore, very poor condition

This seller inherited this home from an uncle who had lived alone for many many years. He had smoked in the home, not cleaned often, and was quite the tinkerer with lots of tools/materials/equipment scattered around the property. This seller was not interested in diving off into all of that mess and was looking for a reasonable price to walk away. We came to an agreement and closed once probate was complete. We had cars hauled off, and dumpster upon dumpster of junk. It was a big project, but it’s so satisfying bringing something back to life!
