Inherited Home in Edmond, Lived out of State, Home was sold in Probate

This home was inherited, the only heir lived in Georgia. They had no interest in coming to Oklahoma to deal with it. This home was actually sold during the probate process through the attorney. The seller had an auction at which we were the highest bidder. We closed as soon as title work was ready, no repairs from the seller, they didn’t even have to leave their home as a mobile notary brought the documents to their house.
