In a hurry to sell, didn’t want to wait on market in Yukon

This is another common situation we see. This seller did not want to wait and see what the market had to say nor did he have any interest in doing repairs or having a bunch of strangers parading through his house all through the week. His house was really in good shape, just some minor maintenance items needed. We agreed on a price and set up a closing around his schedule, that gave him the certainty he needed to line up his next home. We agreed he would have 3 weeks after closing to move out so he could have a little more breathing room.
