Fire Damaged house in Yukon, Seller in Jail

These sellers had inherited this house and had lived in it for a period of time. The house unfortunately caught fire. They had hopes of restoring it themselves, but those dreams faded. One of the sellers was in jail, which is not something we’ve encountered often, but often enough to know how to handle it. We bought this house as-is and ensured each of the sellers was happy with the outcome and arranged a closing on a timeline that worked for everyone. We rebuilt this home in Yukon and it has new life today.
