Fire Damaged House in Moore

This home was a rental property, owned by a CPA. He had rented it for a number of years. One day there was a fire (no one was hurt), and the house was a total loss on insurance. This seller decided to take his money elsewhere and buy another property. He had no real requests aside from a fair price and closing in reasonable time. We bought this house as-is, and boy was it fun to take this all the way down to the studs and bring new life to it. We sold this house to a new owner and they’ve been happily living there since.
