Divorce, need to downsize and in a pinch in Yukon.

This seller had recently gotten divorced and was really just struggling trying to make ends meet. The house was too much to keep up on their own especially with children and trying to maintain a job. When repairs start mounting the pressure to move starts mounting as well. We helped this seller locate a rental property that she loved, once she was approved we advanced her money for the deposit and some money to get by. We scheduled closing for as soon as possible and gave her plenty of time to get moved after closing.
