Inherited Property, Extensive Repairs Needed

This property was inherited by someone in Del City. The prior owner had rented out it out for years but it had some severely deferred maintenance. Those who were inheriting it had reached out to a number of buyers and taken offers. They preferred the terms of ours best and felt certain we could get it done for them.
